The second level common area of the Nuera includes an outdoor landscaped private courtyard for rest and relaxation, an indoor hot tub/Jacuzzi and a complete fitness centre. (Not yet completed. The fitness centre will be complete in the Spring/Summer of 2011 and the remaining common areas in 2012)

Inside each suite there is a full home entertainment system, stereo, flat screen TVs, Surround Sound steero. Every unit has Shaw digital cable with the convenience of ordering pay-per-view movies and events in the living room and bedroom (you will be billed monthly for all PPV services).  All living rooms feature a 42” or larger Plasma or LCD TV with Shaw High Definition (HDTV) cable.  Our Ultra-Luxury suites have 50" HDTV Plasma or LCD TVs and a Shaw Digital Video recorder (PVR) so you can watch your favorite shows on your own schedule.
