Trompazo Luxury Living has raised the standard of high-end fully furnished apartment rentals to an unprecedented level. We offer the comfort, safety and quality that you would expect from your own home in addition to the convenience and professionalism of a hotel at a modest cost. Our focus is providing a first class experience for both short and long term stays. We cater towards guests relocating to Calgary, on temporary work, on extended vacations, building a new house, students, professional athletes or just simply wanting a luxurious and convenient residence for short or long term. Our units are spacious and range from 750 one bedroom suites to 1450 square feet two bedroom suites in high rise modern concrete buildings with full security and recreational facilities. The suites are tastefully decorated with a modern appeal that exudes comfort and luxury. All suites offer everything you would find at home from kitchenware, linens, a complete home entertainment centre in the living room, cordless phones, flat screen LCD TV / DVD in the master bedroom. Some suites offer a second bedroom/home office that includes a double wall bed, desk, computer, internet, printer, scanner and fax machine.
What is included?
All you need to bring is your suitcase. Included in the fully furnished suites are: entertainment system, computer, high speed internet, complete kitchenware, small appliances, iron, clock, radio, top quality linens and towels. A private telephone line is included in the rental price. All local calls and faxes are complimentary. Long distance phone and fax calls will be charged to you on a monthly basis. Each suite will be cleaned on a regular basis. House keeping services including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning are included and extra services such as fresh linens/towels and more frequent cleaning are available.
What does it cost?
Depending on the size and features of the units, suites start as low as $2500 per month for one bedrooms and $2800 per month for two bedrooms. The minimum stay is one month, although longer term options are available.
What are the optional extras?
Everything you need is just a call a way. We can provide additional services such as sporting good rentals, cell phone rentals, gas BBQ, telescope, laser printer, dry cleaning services and underground parking.
What should we expect upon arrival?
A representative will meet you at your new temporary home to orient you to the building and to your suite, and provide you information on how everything works.
What about pets and smoking?
All of our suites are smoke free and we do not allow pets. Our pillows are also hypo-allergenic. All of our beds have non-allergenic synthetic duvets.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. A credit card is required at the time of reservation and will be used for the deposit, long distance telephone charges, concierge services and any damages incurred.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received within two weeks of the scheduled check in are subject to 50% of one month's rent.
